Thanks Anthropic. Good to have progress but it’s not great to break software. I’m sure this is happening all over as they rapidly ramp up new models in a highly competitive environment.
At times I feel like I’m a jockey trying to steer this wild AI beast, keeping it away from the barriers (the five-hour rolling token window), while simultaneously juggling vibe coding on two apps in parallel while holding another session open to research API opportunities.
It’s astounding that we can do it, but it’s brutal on the brain.
Edit: Of course I should try to think like a proper developer and not a vibe coder. I’ve just added AI model checks across my apps so that I or user are alerted to expiry of AI model and can take action.
